Despite these dire statistics, many of us have no qualms ordering much more than we can devour at restaurants and then, letting it all go to waste - Now, a restaurant in Saudi Arabia is trying to put a stop to the unnecessary wastage - By levying a fine!

- Niharika8년 이상I do think the 'never come to this resturant again' thing is a bit rude, but this is still happening? Resturants in my area started putting signs that say things like 'take what you want, but eat what you take' over their buffets a few years ago. In Outdoor Ed. , when the entire fifth grade goes to sleep in cabins and take hikes, they have anti-food wastage competetions in which you try to waste the least food.

happypug12약 11년Yeah! I have been to restaurants before, and I see so much leftover food that is still good to eat. I mean, when u r done eating at a restaurant, you can at least bring your leftovers home. People in America take lots of food for granted, when there is still so many hungry people in the world.
