The small town of Ribeauville that lies on a scenic wine route southwest of Strasbourg, France is known for two things - Its vineyards and 35,000 bee colonies that produce more than 1,000 metric tons of delicious amber honey each year. However, since August, while the honey has been as delicious as ever, it has lost its amber hue and instead taken on strange shades of blue, green and even red!

analise약 11년Its "ewwww" because the coloring is made of- CORNSTARTCH, LESS THAN 1%- , CORN SYRUP, DEXTRIN, Coloring (, INCLUDES , BLUE 1 LAKE, RED 40 LAKE, YELLOW 6, YELLOW 5, RED 40, BLUE 1, BLUE 2 LAKE, YELLOW 6 LAKE, YELLOW 5 LAKE, BLUE 2) , GUM ACACIA, and those can cause serious changes to your inside genes. That is how mutations are made.
spinnypeeps약 11년I guess it's not that bad... they're just trying to survive, plus it's technically our fault that the colors are changing. But I would prefer natural golden honey, of course.

swimmer_girl02약 11년Not regular grade a honey. Although personally I don't like m&ms (sorry, peacheslarue!) but gummy bears, which is just as bad so I'm trying to stop.
crystalmori약 11년You know, they have these natural gummy-bear shaped vitamins that you can buy. They're called 'yummy bears', and they're really, well, yummy. ^_^ I personally love them, and I think they taste way better than gummy bears. So it's just a thought, but I'm wondering if it might help you get over your gummy bear addiction.- peacheslarue약 11년I hav something similar called GummiVites!

- cheetahluver약 11년What do you mean- its just honey thats colored from the bee's waste. What does "don't trust this honey" and "i'm four grades ahead of this" have to do with anything? Its interesting science, not gimmicks to try to trick anyone or anything.
- swimmer_girl02약 11년This is the basics of genetics, which I am in an accelerated program cuz I want to be a genetic scientist. Don't trust rainbow colored honey because it carried components that can kill you. Any other regular grade A honey is fine, cheetahluver.
