The countless ways in which animals and insects adapt and thrive in environments that would normally be hostile to them is amazing. There are the tiny insects and bacteria that have adapted to living without oxygen, the lizards that shrunk in size when food sources dried up and now, a 'Scuba diving' spider that lives underwater.

First things first that is awesome. Okay now down to business. The first thing I learned was that the bubble could have lasted forever but a pesky gas of nitrogen that is present in our atmosphere.2nd is how it breathes air.The spider breathes in air traped in it's sack.3rd is that it's head turns black underwater.

One thing that I learned is that that the scuba diving spider is 9-15mm long. Another thing that I learned is that female spiders only emerge up above the water only to catch prey or to get air. The last thing that I learned is that the spiders use their 8 legs to make air bubbles.

I learned that the spider lives its entire life underwater. I also learned that they are found largely in stagnant fresh water in Europe and Asia. Finally, I learned that they are very rare to find because of habitat loss.

I learned that the spider can air bubbles to breathe under water. I also learned that the size of the bubble depends on the gender of the spider. Finally,I learned that the spider only lives in still water ponds.

WOW! I never knew that spiders can breathe underwater. I also didn't know that spiders can eat things as big as bees. Finally, I never knew that some types of spiders are in danger of being extinct.

I learned that spiders can live underwater, female spiders can make bigger air bubbles than men, and that spiders can kill bees.

I never knew any spider can live under water for its entire life! The cycle is very interesting:Here is how it works - As the spider breathes in the oxygen from the air trapped in its sack, the concentration of the gas inside the bubble gets to a lower level than that present in the surrounding water - This in turn helps draw in oxygen from the water into the bubble until the concentration levels are equal a phenomenon that scientists call diffusion. Last but not least I learned how the spider uses air bubbles.

I learned that the spiders can make air bubbles using a type of gas, you can find it in Europe or Asia, and that it is very small. It only measures up to 9 to 15 mm.

A spider does not have gills so it has to come back to he surface.a female spider spends most of her time in a air bubble.spiders don't need that much oxygen when they go down.

I learned that Spiders can breathe under water using oxygen bubbles Nitrogen makes the oxygen bubbles collapse And, Anew word: cubersome!
