I learned that 63% of the United States' garbage ends up in landfills. Only 4% of Sweden's garbage ends up in landfills. Did you know that a foam cup stays in the ocean for 50 years?!? The energy from the plant is giving 810,000 Sweden households heat and 250,000 houses electricity. I wish the United States would start using the recycling plant.
