On Saturday November 10th, 2012, over 100,000 people gathered at San Francisco's McCovey Cove to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the US debut of Flugtag, a wacky airplane race in which hand built human-powered machines pit against each other to see how long they can 'fly' after leaping off an elevated flight deck.

rrcherrypie14년 이하I can't beleive that those human powered machine things are hand made and not mad by other bigger machines! Some day I would want to enter and be apart of it also. It is so cool that the sponser was redbull. The peole who try out the machines must be soaking wet afterwards. The video was so entertaining and so WACKY! =)
cubbies114년 이하I hope these people are wearing bathing suits, or else they would be soaked! The guy with the Red Bull parachute and jet-like shoe's aircraft looks like it would be fun to preform. I wonder if these people get to test their boat/aircraft before the competition, because many of them took complete nosedives.- m14년 이하cool

crystalmori14년 이하I'd make one that looked like a dragon. It'd be made of cloth and wood and be like a giant kite, but with a cloth seat that looked like a mini hammock and wooden foot pedals to flap the wings :)- weardo14년 이하sweet!
