Last of all I learned that scientists call the seeds mustard bombs because once a mouse bites it, it releases an enzyme forcing the mouse to spit the seeds out.

Last but not least I learned that these are called "mustard bombs" because when a mouse bites into one, it releases a enzyme that taste a lot like hot mustard. That's what I learned.
