- Awesome reader12년 이상this is so educational!! It is awesome. But actually, right now, since the sun is a star, the sun is in it's main sequence life at the moment. But in billions and billions of years, the sun will go into it's next sequence: Red Giant. In this sequence, the sun will get much bigger and turn red. Since the Sun turns so big, the Sun will engulf the Earth and other planets with it. Then the sun will finally die down and go into a white dwarf, which is the little lights in the sky we call stars at night.
