analise11년 이하No, he is not. His breast/back, for one thing is not even at OT level. Lochte, on the other hand, took Phelp's medal in the 400 IM, causing a undeniable upset. Phelps did not rebound as strong as expected. Still not sure? Then why does phelps only do fly/free/IM? At least Lochte tries every stroke and is good in it! Believe me, I watch every single swimming video and analyze it to every last detail.
