  Ummmm, i dont think im gonna like that. I mean i dont really drink tap water (disgusting >3) i still dont drink regular "clean" water alot either (cola and sprite and like soda is better) so i dont really like it

  To drink the water sold in the cafe or not to drink, it's up to NY residents. But the idea is good - it will make the local water authorities do their job better.
