Will 3-D Printers Be The Key To Ending World Hunger?

3-D printers are certainly the buzz today - They are being put to all kinds of uses, ranging from creating faux cars for movies to architectural models and if some advocates have their way, possibly even lunar structures. However, none of these ideas are as radical as the one proposed by Anjan Contractor, who believes that they will be the key to eradicating world hunger.

- pudidycowi10년 이하Group 9 I would try 3D printed food, unless there are insects or algae in it. This could be a way to solve world hunger because they can mass produce 3D printed food and give it to the hungry.
- pudidycowi10년 이하Group 8 I think the machine can save hunger because it can make a lot of food for everyone to eat but it has to go faster and they have to lower the price on it or no one will be able to afford it especially the hungry ones. I don’t have any other ideas so I think if they do these things then yes and the person who though of this idea is the best! Thank you!
- pudidycowi10년 이하Group 7 I would only b e willing to try 3D printed food if I knew what was in it and watched the creator make it. Plus it takes so long to make! Did you see how long it took to make that pop tart. Also, machines aren’t always perfect. I want to be able to trust the person/thing making my food. And, I hate to admit it, but there are hackers. Although you might say that there is only sugar and chocolate in this pop tart, for all we know there might be green beans or even chemicals! Also, I would not eat algae or dehydrated grass. How can we trust a machine that uses things we can not control!

I predict that this will cause food stores to go bankrupt and corrupt the rest of the economy and people will buy this and never buy anything again causing people to be lazy and not work. When it runs out of objects to use we will have have the problem all over again.
