I learned that France wanted to destroy our chemical weapons and eliminate all of our sources. i think that maybe if we act together then the syria problem will become resolved and that the whole problem will become something that people talk about and then they "forgive and forget" mostly just forget.

The Russia's then came up with a dipolmac soution to destroyed Basahar Al Assad's chemical weapons. That is a step in the peaceful resoution to stop him from using chemical weapons.
