One of the most affected is the State of California, which according to experts may be facing its worst drought since record-keeping began, about a century ago.

Scientists have finally found a way to make it rain more,it helps farmers very much. In my opinion I think it's not healthy for the environment.I don't think it's healthy for the environment because to make it rain more they put chemicals into the cloud.
