Happy 2015! As is the tradition, at the stroke of midnight on December 31st, 2014, cities all around the world welcomed the new year with elaborate fireworks. It's quite amazing to see that fireworks were displayed in the world's largest building. But realize how much money it took to spend on these bizarre fireworks. Why wouldn't they choose to do some alms-giving instead? Because that costs much lesser than fireworks, and think about how much you are contributing to the people less fortunate than us. They don't have the privileges we do. Contributing to others can be a good deed.
