What could be better than Halloween falling on a Saturday? How about an "extra" hour on Sunday? That will be the case for most North American residents because this weekend also marks the end of Daylight Saving Time (DST). This means that on Sunday, November 1st, residents will add an extra 60 minutes to their day by simply moving back the clocks.

Ms. Sanders - MVE Faculty약 10년I strongly believe that daylight savings time should be abolished. It wrecks havoc on schedules and routines. I do like gaining an hour of sleep in the fall but when the spring time change rolls around, it's really difficult to make it to work on time, keep my workout schedule, and the kids are cranky. Maybe I should move back to Arizona.
