On August 28, six researchers who barely know each other made their way to the slopes of the Mauna Loa volcano on Hawaii's Big Island for a year-long "vacation." However, the crew of three men and three women that includes a soil scientist, a doctor, a post-grad architect student, and an astrobiologist, did not check into a fancy resort. Instead, they locked themselves up inside a solar-powered dome without fresh air, fresh food, or privacy.

- cosmologist3777년 이상This is really fascinating. Because, last year November, there was a world premiere series program in National Geographic channel. the exact same story was acted in that program. Six voyagers to space and living on Mars. And I perfectly know what is their main objective: Since scientists have confirmed the existence of water in Mars, they are hoping to find microbial life there. And I know their procedures too: They will send some cameras attached drones to some areas in Mars and if they find a Lava tube (a dead channel of lava flow from a volcano under the depths of the soil) which holds water geographically, they will investigate and...who knows what will happen next. But, I know for a fact that, a microbial organism to live on Mars depends on these factors: * Shelter away from Radiation * Presence of Water * The building blocks of life (or DNA for short) ==> Like if you find this message really interesting! :-)
