Five years ago, Finland resident Rami Adham embarked on a mission to help the Syrian refugees in his former hometown of Aleppo. The father of six used all his savings to buy food and medicine. As he was leaving, his three-year-old daughter, Yasmin, offered to donate her toys, in exchange for a new Barbie doll. A deal was made, and the aid worker added 25 teddy bears and 36 Barbie dolls to his already heavy load.

It must have been very scary to scream at government officials, seeing as what they did to her parents, because if you scream at them, I think that's making the problem worse. However what they did to her parents I would have slapped them no matter how atentionally problematic it was! But still it is such a nice story it literally makes me smile when I read about how his daughter donated all her toys to kids. 🌍💘🕊🕊💮

It's horrible how the people of Syria have to live like this. I hope he keeps doing this, you can really tell that he cares about them a lot...
