As had been widely anticipated, on Thursday, December 14, the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted 3-2 to repeal the net neutrality regulations put in place by the agency two years ago. Why should you care? Because if critics are right, it may hinder your ability to access your favorite social media apps, play video games, or stream movies.

- Hi약 8년If a company like Comcast were to charge more for Netflix and amazon, then other companies would likely advertise that they have better pricing than Comcast, resulting in customers switching to those companies. When Comcast loses these customers, they discover the reason why and would hopefully correct its pricing, lest it goes out of business. That is what a free market is all about.
