Researchers have long believed that all four-limbed animals or tetrapods, a group that includes amphibians, reptiles, and mammals, evolved from an ancient group of fish known as Elpistostege watsoni, which lived between 416 million and 358 million years ago, during the Devonian Period.

We're a hundred times their size AND they're technically our ancestors. That's just my personal opinion though, I can't pretend to understand other people.
alphachassis5년 이상The specific amphibians that are our ancestors are extinct, and they would be very different from todays amphibians. I do agree on the size comparison, though many frogs and toads (not neccesarily newts and salimanders) are dangerous to touch because of poisonous skin.
