The 1,450-mile-long Colorado River and its tributaries snake through seven states and two nations — the US and Mexico. They provide water and electricity to about 40 million people in Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah. The country's sixth largest river also irrigates 4 to 5 million acres of farmland in the Southwest.

- dream_beyond약 3년We need to take action and start by doing something small, like picking up trash that you see outside on the floor. If we don't start now it will only get worse.

- adroit_avimimus약 3년Oh nooo! This is terrible! We are in the middle of a climate crisis! I know that we are just shifting climates and that it has happened in the past, but what we are doing is just speeding it up! Too fast for anyone to be prepared! I didn't know that the river went through seven states and two nations though! Long river! But 40 million people!! Too much is at stake if the river completely dries! I was also looking at the pictures, and it's so sad how much water has dried up!! We need to do something! Cut back on pollution of all sorts, switch to eco-friendly energy, anything to help slow the climate change down! WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING! #HelptheRiver #ClimateChange #Earth!!
