Sure the robots help, but they act as if they are real humans, and I guess that in the future, we could be working with a robot and we wouldn't even know it, It's also dangerous, because now, in social networking apps and websites, we don't know who is robot and who is not (Without captcha), but also, VERY Interesting, and cool! :D
