Hundreds of firefighters are currently battling catastrophic wildfires in Maui, Hawaii. The fires ignited on August 8, 2023. The flames rapidly burnt through vegetation before exploding overnight and spreading to nearby communities. Fanned by strong winds from a distant hurricane, they moved so quickly that some residents were forced to jump into the ocean to escape.

olulu2년 이상What a waste of the tree😭😭😭- tennislover_omg2년 이상The 150 year old banyan tree must have been a huge loss for those poor people. I mean they must suffer a lot. Bad air condition, loss of precious artifacts of the ancient whaling village's legacy and history (the banyan tree), shelter (houses), school's, e.t.c. And I mean 67 mph hurricane winds is just crazy. So I hope that the fire🔥 stops soon.
thenerd182년 이상Wow! My grandparents go to Hawaii rather often. So hopefully-if they decide to go back- the fires will be done. The third fire must be bad if they didn’t say anything about it.
