Sharks have always been considered silent swimmers. Unlike most fish, these top ocean predators lack sound-producing organs. But recent research suggests this might not be true for all sharks. At least one species produces noise, challenging our understanding of these stealthy hunters.

ultrablast3달I was never told that sharks were silent but I thought they were but my brother said that they send out roars I didn't actually know Rig Sharks were a species of shark but the fact that they made sound is really insane for years nobody has heard a sound from sharks until now.

aspenray4달Haha! I knew sharks were silent, but in my head, they always roared or something. Kinda crazy that these giant predators don't make (much) sound. Come to think about it, most fish don't make sound. the ocean is probably really silent.
