On December 31, 2019, Chinese officials announced that 27 people in Wuhan, the capital of Central China’s Hubei province, had been infected with a new strain of the coronavirus. Since then, the number of cases of the contagious affliction labeled 2019-nCoV, COVID-19, or Wuhan virus, have rapidly increased, with new cases being reported daily. On Thursday, January 30, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak a global emergency, highlighting the urgency for a rapid coordinated international response to curb this global health risk.

iamfanofbears5년 이상The reason why there is a lot of people are infected in south korea is that their screening for the coronavirus is free and everybody takes a screening. There is a lot of infected people in the USA, but our coronavirus screening cost $4,000 and people do not take it ,because it is so expensive. There are many different strands of the coronavirus, which is why it has been re-named COVID-19. Some strands of the coronavirus actually can cause the common cold. But this is a different, brand new, strand which PROBABLY originated from contaminated food at a market in Wuhan. Since China is massively populated, I'm not surprised it spread so quickly.
